These terms cover your use of imDown. Using the app means you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old. You need a verified phone number, which exists to keep one person to one account and to stop people impersonating someone else's number.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not impersonate other people, and do not create accounts to evade a block or a moderation decision.
You keep ownership of everything you post. You give us the permission we need to store it and show it to the people you shared it with — nothing more. We do not use your posts for advertising and we do not sell them.
You are responsible for what you post, and for having the right to post it.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not use imDown to:
Every plan, chat message, campus post and profile can be reported or blocked from inside the app. Reports reach a human moderator, and we aim to act on them within 24 hours. Campus posts are also screened automatically before anyone can see them.
We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. Serious cases — threats, or anything involving a minor — can be removed immediately and without warning.
Invites to people who do not use imDown are composed in your own Messages app and sent by you, from your number. You are responsible for who you choose to text. imDown does not send messages on your behalf.
Plans are deleted automatically 24 hours after posting. This is intended behaviour, not a failure, and content removed this way cannot be recovered.
imDown is offered without warranties. We do not promise it will always be available, or free of bugs. We are not responsible for what happens when you meet up with people — arranging something in the app is not a vouch for anyone in it.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is currently nothing.
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We may end your access if you break these terms.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will say so in the app. Continuing to use imDown after a change means you accept it.
